Carolina Guerreno is a finance and operations executive recognized for her leadership across asset management, real estate services, insurance, and environmental services. She is currently the Chief Growth Officer of EcoClean Innovations, an environmental services platform delivering subscription-based sanitation and waste management solutions.
Career
Guerreno began her career in finance in the late 1990s as an assistant controller at Falcon Financial Investment Trust, a real estate investment trust listed on Nasdaq (FLCN). She later held the role of controller at Saranac Capital Management LP, a multi-strategy hedge fund sponsor managing up to $2.3 billion in assets.
In 2008, she joined Rockit Solutions, LLC, a Rockefeller & Co. subsidiary, where she spent more than six years as hedge fund accounting manager, overseeing data aggregation and reporting for investment and trust institutions. From 2015 to 2016, she worked as finance manager and controller at Magellan Asset Management Limited, an Australian-based global asset manager.
In 2017, Guerreno became finance manager and controller at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where she managed the finance group for the U.S. operations. Colleagues described her as an effective and supportive leader, with one noting her ability to guide teams through complex issues.
From 2018 to 2021, she served as chief operating and financial officer of Fusion Title Search, LLC, a nationally recognized provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services. In 2022, she briefly acted as interim chief financial officer of Aquarian Holdings, a private equity–backed insurance and asset management group.
Later in 2022, Guerreno was appointed Chief Growth Officer at EcoClean Innovations, where she focuses on operational scalability, recurring revenue growth, and leveraging technology to reduce environmental impact.
Education
Guerreno earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University. She later completed a post-baccalaureate program in Accounting at Post University, and went on to receive a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University.
